Stainless steel piping solutions for your data center

The transition to liquid cooling is fundamentally changing the requirements within data centers. Cooling loops are becoming more complex and power densities continue to rise, while clear standards and scalable, repeatable piping solutions are still missing. Poorly defined requirements for leak tightness, technical cleanliness and service life increase the risk of leakage, system failures and hardware damage.

We support systems across the entire cooling loop, from the Facility Loop (e.g. heat pumps, chiller) to Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU) through secondary piping and into rack and blade architectures, where Direct-to-Chip (D2C) applications bring cooling directly to the cold plate.

  • Leak-tight, clean and modular piping solutions, UQD-ready (Universal Quick Disconnect) and compatible with common connection and interface concepts
  • Mechanical stability under pressure and temperature cycles as well as movement during continuous operation
  • Support for development, testing, validation and system approval, optionally as integrated assemblies through welding, joining or pre-assembly, up to scalable OEM - series production

In data centers, vibrations, pressure fluctuations, and temperature changes in systems such as heat pumps, CDUs, and piping lead to increased wear, leak risks, and complex installation processes. This is where flexible metallic piping systems come into play: they decouple components, compensate for movement, and enable compact, installation-friendly integration.
