Apprenticeship

You will gain an insight into all commercial areas and business processes of the company. You will learn about production control, operational purchasing, order processing and customer communication in sales. You will be involved in shipping our products and in recruiting and payroll accounting in Human Resources. You will also post payments in accounting and contribute creative ideas in marketing.

Duration of the apprenticeship: 2 years with a technical college entrance qualification or A-levels; 3 years with a secondary school leaving certificate

Ideally, you should have:

• A good secondary school leaving certificate, university entrance qualification or A-levels (with A-levels or university of applied sciences entrance qualification, the additional qualification "International Marketing and Foreign Trade" is possible)
• A planned and structured way of working as well as good German and English skills

Do you want to not only use PCs, tablets and smartphones, but also understand what's behind them? During your training, you will work with clients, networks and servers and ensure the provision and maintenance of hardware and software. As part of our ticket system, you will help employees with all IT problems and also support our users in the international subsidiaries. You will also ensure IT and data security in the company, accompany software conversions and training courses to ensure smooth IT use.

• Logical, analytical thinking and an interest in new IT technologies

You will ensure the networking of machines into intelligent systems by providing, integrating and supporting hardware and software. During your training, you will get to know our IT systems, procure and install components and connect machines to form complex systems. You will also analyze diagnostic, system and process data, identify weak points and rectify problems using test software and diagnostic systems.

Are you enthusiastic about the interplay between electronics and IT? During your apprenticeship, you will learn how to build electronic systems, integrate software and analyze errors using diagnostic tools. You will network machines to create intelligent systems and digitally control production processes. You will also work on the development and optimization of systems, program interfaces and create user interfaces. Further qualification as a technician is possible and desirable.

Are you passionate about mechanics and electronics and want to move machines with complex control systems? During your training, you will initially receive comprehensive basic training in the metal and electrical fields, learn to read construction drawings and circuit diagrams and install hardware and software components. You will soon be working alongside experienced mechatronics engineers, analyzing and rectifying faults on production machines and assisting with the construction of new systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems - right through to commissioning.

• Very good technical understanding, especially in electronics, as well as good analytical skills

Do you have manual skills and are you interested in complex machines and systems? At the start of your apprenticeship, you will learn various metalworking methods such as filing, drilling, turning and milling, as well as how to read, use and create technical documents. Following a precise training plan, you will work in toolmaking and mechanical engineering, in the test field and in prototype production. As you progress, you will also learn about maintenance and machine servicing.

Do you like working with metals using modern machine tools and want to give a workpiece an exact shape? During your training, you will first learn the basic manual and mechanical skills for working with metals. You will specialize in toolmaking and mechanical engineering. There you will work on turning, milling and grinding machines, learn CNC programming and carry out quality controls in order to produce precisely fitting components and tools.

• Precise and accurate working methods and very good spatial awareness

Does the flash of the welding torch make your pulse beat faster? Are you enthusiastic about metallic materials and would like to work with your hands? After basic metal training, you will learn and deepen your knowledge of various welding processes - from manual electrode welding to MAG and TIG welding. Our digital welding trainer and our experienced instructors will support you in this. You will then apply your knowledge in production and learn how to read construction drawings as well as the wide range of possible applications after the apprenticeship.

Would you like to know why one component holds and another doesn't? During your apprenticeship, you will analyze materials in the laboratory, test their properties and identify material defects. After basic training in materials processing, you will specialize in destructive and non-destructive testing methods. You will carry out X-ray examinations, prepare materials and examine them microscopically. You will use standardized tests to examine the corrosion resistance of materials, document results and support damage analyses and expert reports.

Duration of the apprenticeship: 3.5 years (can be shortened)

Ideally, you should have:

• A good secondary school leaving certificate or advanced technical college certificate/abitur with good knowledge of physics and chemistry
• Manual dexterity, analytical skills and precise working methods

Are you interested in metal and its processing methods? Do you find assembling and welding particularly exciting? After basic training in the metal sector, you will specialize in learning various welding processes, reading construction drawings and welding plans as well as mechanical welding techniques. You will deepen your knowledge in production, with the opportunity to gain further qualifications as a construction mechanic after your training.

Duration of the apprenticeship: 2 years. If your performance is suitable, a 1.5-year further qualification as a construction mechanic (m/f/d) is possible

Ideally, you should have:

• Secondary school certificate with good knowledge of mathematics and physics
• Technical understanding and spatial awareness

You will learn various metalworking methods such as filing, drilling, turning and milling and learn how to read, use and create technical documents. You will plan work processes, set up tools, operate and set up machines and monitor the production process. By applying your knowledge in production, you will ensure quality and optimize results.

Duration of the apprenticeship: 2 years. If your performance is suitable, a 1.5-year further qualification as an industrial or cutting machine operator (m/f/d) is possible
