Career & development

Our comprehensive onboarding program ensures that you are optimally prepared for your tasks. In addition to professional training, we focus on networking within the Witzenmann Group.

Individual development discussions generally take place once a year as part of a performance appraisal meeting.

During the induction phase, you will be supported by regular discussions: For employees on collective bargaining agreements, an initial development and feedback discussion will take place after three months, followed by a performance review after six months. You will also participate in a feedback discussion with the People Management department, before a final onboarding discussion with your manager after one year completes the induction process.

For our employees with non-collective bargaining agreements, goals are jointly agreed upon by a certain point in the year, which will be evaluated in the following year.

At Witzenmann, continuing professional development is a top priority. With our commitment to fostering a shared learning culture, we support you in meaningful development and individual qualification throughout your entire career.

Internal training courses and a constantly growing selection of e-learning courses are available to you at any time via our online learning platform.

That's why we offer a customized development program that optimally prepares our leaders at all levels and at every experience level for their roles and supports them in their continued development.

Over a period of one year, we support our new leaders systematically and practically: In-person events provide space for exchange, inspiration, and concrete insights into modern leadership. Direct dialogue with management creates openness, transparency, and a shared understanding of leadership. With our mentoring program, we assign each manager an experienced mentor – a sparring partner for individual questions and personal development.
